We are surviving. I guess that is the main thing.
We had 12 more inches of snow by Wednesday morning. 24 inches of snow in 72 hours and our town was practically shut down.
When your child gets sick your only choice is the ER. So that is where we went Wednesday morning. Addie was wheezy, feverish and was retracting when she was breathing.
After a very long morning in the ER, they called it pneumonia (without a chest xray or further testing) and sent us on our way to the only pharmacy open in town to get antibiotics.
We are so glad that we took her that morning. She had a rough Wednesday and night, but by Thursday she doing so much better.
