Uncle Alec LOVES to get hugs from the kids and is always teasing the girls that he needs hugs. (I really think he just enjoys teasing them!) For a long time the girls would ignore him and run away, but now they give him hugs when they see him. Kristin is Adam's 1st cousin and since he doesn't have a sister...Kristin has become like a sister to him and like an Aunt to our kids. So they do call them Aunt and Uncle which is so sweet!!

Then we celebrated cousin S.'s 1st birthday and she opened some of her presents. (She got a little assistance with the gifts!)
There were also gifts for Nolan which was so sweet! Here we are opening the month-by-month picture frame from Aunt Linda. She bought one for each of our kids and it is so fun to look back at the pictures of how they change each month!!
Of course there has to be some wrestling. Adam got the kids going this time....are we surprised???

After a HUGE Christmas lunch then it was time for gifts!!!! The kids were pretty excited. It had been four weeks since Christmas Day so they were excited again for gift opening. Honestly, it was kind of nice breaking it up a little. They seemed to appreciate the gifts a little more!

This was so cute! GMA Arlene was getting lasagna ready for supper and the little girls wanted to help her get the garlic bread ready. So all three girls were up at the counter putting the bread on the cookie sheets!
After supper we celebrated cousin S's 1st birthday with cupcakes and singing!! So cute!
Her birthday wasn't until the next weekend so she had her first birthday cupcake that night. Her first bite....mmm....that frosting takes pretty good.....
And she LOVES it!!!
It was a great weekend with the family. We always have so much fun hanging out, playing games and letting the kids play together! Can't wait to get to K.C. to be together again!!
